I’m Bruce.
My family is why I do what I do. My wife Janine and I have four children, and four amazing grandchildren.
I was born in Michigan, where I spent the majority of my life as a Master Tech, owning my own automotive repair shop, a wrecker service and an auto sales lot. Business ownership taught me to listen well and serve others!
I met Janine in 2011 and married her in 2012! What a joy it has been to work alongside her. I will be forever grateful that she persuaded me to move South and leave my snow shovel behind!
We bought our first investment property in 2017 and since then we have acquired millions of dollars in 15 properties spanning multiple states.
We also love finding properties that we can bring back to life through renovations. This can be hard work, but it is rewarding on so many levels.
